Netball Lessons

I was in my classroom when the speaker went 'Beep! Room 11 and 6 its time for your netball lessons. Beep!’ Our class walked up to the netball court and we all saw room 6 there. We were excited and really wanted to get started. The coach said 'hello my name is Donna and I will be teaching you kids netball for the next 4 weeks. OK what do we always do before we ever play a sport?’ Mika shouted 'warm ups!’ We had to line up on a yellow line and after that we had to do different jogging styles such as skipping and grapevine. We then did a passing-shooting game.We had to do a fire pass, rolling-chest pass, overhead and one hand shoulder pass. Our team won the first 2 drills but lost the last one.

We played a game where there were 2 teams. Both teams went into 1 circle each so we end up with 2 circles. We had to pass the ball in a circle. Then Donna had to put out 4 cones for a team of 3. We played a passing game where a person had to run to the empty space and we had to pass the ball  to them.
