Nasa experts have announced that a meteorite flew close to earth today at 6am. It was 18 meters and was 40,000 kilometers away but in space that would be a close distance to earth. It was not visible to the naked eye but astronomers could see it with their telescopes.
That would've been very scary. I think that we were very Lucky! that it missed us.
