D Day is When Britain, America, Canada,New Zealand and France landed on a beach called Nomandy,and Nomandy is at france.It was Britain, America, Canada, New Zealandand France against Germand. Britain, America, Canada, New Zealand and France didn’t land on the 5th because the weather was to bad and they were in boats that are not big.So they decided that they will go on at 6th.As you can see on the image on top Britain, America, Canada, New Zealnad and France stormed out of there boats and attacked.Right before the invassion the Germans were getting hitted by booms that fell from planes.The Germans thinked that Britain, America, Canada, New Zealnad and France weren’t going to hit because they did not come at the 5th they came on the 6th.
